Because each item is made to order, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or address errors, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and resolve your request promptly.
Packages lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Orders returned due to incorrect or unclaimed addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
