How long does processing take?

Each piece is made to order with intention and care. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.

How long does UK delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination and local courier services.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Sizing & Fit

How does the hoodie fit?

Our hoodies are true to size. For a more relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

Is the logo printed or embroidered?

We offer both printed and embroidered finishes depending on the product. The finish type is clearly stated on each product page.

Can I choose between print or embroidery?

The finish (print or embroidery) is specific to each product and cannot be modified unless otherwise stated.

Can I add initials or personalization?

We do not currently offer personalization or custom modifications.

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry medium or air dry
  • Do not iron directly over print or embroidery

Returns & Support

Can I return my order?

Because each item is made to order, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or address errors, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and resolve your request promptly.

Lost or unclaimed packages

Packages lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Orders returned due to incorrect or unclaimed addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
